Delighted to be working with Chantelle Nicholson

Chantelle has worked underneath Marcus Waring for 14 years as his Exec Chef, manning the helm at Tredwell’s and The Gilbert Scott.  As she moves towards her first book in Spring next year, she has taken on Nourish to help raise her profile as a hugely versatile chef specialising in vegan and plant-based dishes, as a committed community gardener, as someone who does tons for charity (look out for a forthcoming event with Darjeeling Express’s top lady Asma all around India’s ‘second daughters’.)
I’m ecstatic to be working with such an honest, hard-working woman!
